Hailing from our neighbours across the sea in New Zealand and using his Kiwi background, Dylan brings a unique flavour profile to his creative dishes, creating inventive food and meals you won’t find anywhere else.

Catering
Kristy not only heads up and oversees all of our cafes, collaborating with our chefs to produce inventive, creative and delicious food, but she is also the brain behind our incredible catering menus. Designing and customising them to be some of the best food that you taste at Mackay events.

With over 10 year’s experience in the industry, local head chef Michelle leads the kitchen team and together, using seasonal & local produce, they create delicious food that nourishes the body and feeds the soul.
